At JFL International Inc., we care about your personal information. This Privacy Policy details how we collect and use information regarding clients and visitors to our website.

For example, for training courses bought on-line, we ask you to provide personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, physical address, and telephone number. For payment purpose, we also ask for your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. If you request coaching services, we may ask your gender, marital status, occupation, education, and any special interests.

Confidentiality of information

Your personal information remains your property at all time. We do not intend to disclose your personal information to anyone except if: 1) we are obligated by law; 2) we believe that you are committing unlawful acts by using our website, and 3) JFL International Inc. is acquired by or sold to a third parties.

We have put procedures in place to protect personal information we collect online or by other means. Our physical, electronic, and managerial practices enable us to protect your data, however, no security technology is impervious to security breaches.

Remember to protect your password at all times and sign off when you have completed a task on a Website.

Security

We protect the security of your information by never revealing all the digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order with you in an email. The entire credit card number is transmitted electronically to the relevant credit card company through Paypal during the payment process of online purchases.  

Subscription to our Newsletter and mailing lists

If you are a newsletter subscriber, you always have the option of unsubscribing by following the related instructions at the bottom of the newsletter.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you allow JFL International Inc. to use your email address for its marketing purposes, including the receipt of marketing emails from us. If you wish to unsubscribe to a particular list, please follow the related instructions. As we maintain different lists, unsubscribing from one list does not unsubscribe you from the other lists. 

Sales Tax

In Canada

Applicable provincial and federal taxes are charged on services and products that are offered by JFL International Inc.

Other countries

Services and products sold to customers that provide a non-Canadian address are not taxable.
